What is Leadline?
Leadline by EaseMyExpo is an exhibition lead generation tool that turns an exhibitor list, floor plan or company list into decision-maker contacts. You upload the source, and Leadline returns names, job titles, work emails checked against live mail servers, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles as a downloadable file. Agencies use it to start outreach before a show opens instead of researching exhibitors one company at a time.
Who uses Leadline?
Exhibition and event agencies, stall fabricators, and B2B sales teams selling into exhibitors. The common pattern is a team that already knows which show it wants to target and needs the contact list before the organiser's directory goes cold.
How long does an extraction take?
Under five minutes for a typical floor plan. The same list built by hand takes about eight hours of copying company names and searching for contacts.
Can I upload an exhibition floor plan or PDF?
Yes. Upload the organiser's floor plan or exhibitor PDF and Leadline pulls out the exhibitor list, including company names and booth numbers where the file contains them. PDF extraction is unlimited and free on every plan, including the ₹199 Daily plan. You then spend pro credits only on the companies you want enriched with contacts.
Can I upload a photo or screenshot of an exhibition layout?
Yes, in PNG or JPG. A phone photo of a printed floor plan at the venue works the same as a PDF, as long as the company names and booth numbers are legible in the image. Image extraction is unlimited and free on every plan.
Can Leadline extract exhibitors from an online exhibitor-directory URL?
Yes. Paste the URL of the show's exhibitor directory and Leadline reads the companies listed on the page, so you skip copying each exhibitor by hand. Directory pages vary a lot in structure, so if a page does not come back clean, use the “need enrichment” button and the team fixes that extraction within a day. URL extraction is unlimited and free on every plan.
Can I upload a CSV or Excel file of company names?
Yes. Upload the spreadsheet and Leadline works through every row, finds the relevant person at each company, and hands back a file with names, emails, phones and LinkedIn profiles. This is the fastest route if you already exported an exhibitor list from last year's show or your CRM.
Can I just type company names in?
Yes. Paste company names one per line into direct input. Leadline finds the right person at each company rather than the generic info@ address.
What details does Leadline return for each decision-maker?
Every enriched row includes the fields Leadline finds for that company:
- Contact name and job title
- Work email, validated against live mail servers before it reaches your file
- Direct phone number
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Company website and location
How accurate are the emails?
Leadline validates work emails before they are returned in your results. Email availability and deliverability can vary by company, so Leadline only returns an email when it finds a matching result that passes its validation process. Phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles are returned when matching data is available.
Can I choose which decision-maker roles to find?
Yes. The decision-maker finder searches by job title, so you target the role that buys what you sell. Agencies typically search for marketing and events roles; fabricators search for procurement and operations. Common targets include founder or CEO, sales, marketing, procurement, operations and logistics, and finance.
How does Leadline find the right person instead of a generic inbox?
Leadline starts from the exhibiting company, then searches for the person holding the role you specified at that company. An exhibitor list gives you a company name and often a shared info@ address. Leadline turns that into a named person with a direct email and phone, which is the difference between a mail-merge and a call you can book.
Can I export results to my CRM?
Yes, as a one-click CSV export. The file format imports into HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive without reformatting, and carries the company and contact fields your team needs to start sequences the same day.
Is there a free plan?
No. Leadline does not currently offer a free plan. The Daily plan starts at ₹199 for 24 hours and includes unlimited extraction, up to 250 enrichments and 6 Pro Credits. Weekly and Monthly plans are also available for larger requirements, with 18% GST added at checkout.
How does Leadline pricing work?
Leadline sells time-boxed plans rather than a rolling subscription. Extraction is always unlimited and free within a plan; pro credits pay for the contact work.
18% GST is added at checkout. There is no lock-in and no auto-renewal.
| Plan | Price | Validity | Enrichments | Pro credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily | ₹199 | 24 hours | Up to 250 | 6 |
| Weekly | ₹2,099 | 7 days | Up to 2,500 | 250 + 100 free |
| Monthly | ₹6,999 | 28 days | Up to 12,000 | 1,000 + 100 free |
What does each pro credit buy?
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Email validation | 1 |
| Find personal email from name and domain | 2 |
| Company email discovery across departments | 2 |
| Decision-maker finder by job title | 4 |
| LinkedIn profile extraction | 4 |
| Floor plan, URL, CSV and direct-input extraction | 0, unlimited on every plan |
Am I charged when Leadline finds no result?
No. Credits are deducted only when a verified result comes back. A company that returns nothing costs you nothing.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits expire when the plan does: 24 hours on Daily, 7 days on Weekly, 28 days on Monthly. Buy the plan that matches the show you are working, not the year.
How is Leadline different from Apollo or ZoomInfo?
The starting point is different. Apollo and ZoomInfo are general B2B databases: you search a stored index of people and hope the exhibitors at your show happen to be in it. Leadline starts from the show itself, so a floor plan PDF or an exhibitor directory URL becomes the input and the exhibitor list defines the universe. Neither Apollo nor ZoomInfo reads a floor plan, and neither knows which show you are targeting.
How is Leadline different from Clay or Apollo's CSV enrichment?
Clay and Apollo enrich a list you already have. Leadline builds the list first, then enriches it. If your input is an organiser's PDF or a directory page rather than a clean spreadsheet of company names, an enrichment tool has nothing to work with until someone spends the eight hours converting it. Leadline handles the extraction and the enrichment as one pass, and it does not charge for extraction.
Do I still need Leadline if I scan badges at the show?
Yes, if you want to reach exhibitors before the show. Badge scanners capture people who walked up to your booth on the day. Leadline gives you the exhibitor list weeks ahead, which is when meetings get booked.
Which shows and regions does Leadline cover?
Any show you have a file for, in any region. The trade show calendar indexes 400+ upcoming exhibitions for one-click extraction, but you are not limited to that list: any floor plan, directory URL, CSV or typed company list works, whatever the show or country.
What happens if an extraction fails?
Contact support with the file. Unreadable scans and heavily stylised floor plans are the usual cause, and the fix is usually a cleaner copy of the same PDF. You are not charged for enrichments that return nothing.
Does Leadline have an API?
Not currently. Leadline runs in the browser at leadline.in/dashboard. If you need programmatic access, tell support so it gets weighted in the roadmap.
